the staff was unbelievably kind! they helped book tours and ensured i had a fantastic experience in the city. the hotel itself was gorgeous, and the amenities were very thoughtful.
the in-room coffee machine seemed a little old.

My room was clean and decorated beautifully. The shower was THE best I experienced during my time in Spain, with great water pressure. The rooftop terrace featured an honesty bar. I found that very convenient. Staff packed me breakfast to take with me since I departed VERY early.
The in-room coffee machine seemed a bit old.

i found the staff helpful. the location felt good. the decor and ambience was great. i enjoyed coffee and fresh juice at breakfast. i especially like the fresh juice.
the in room coffee machine leaked. i think a contactless key card system would be more hygienic.
